We have a 7 day return policy meaning that from the day you receive your order you must wear it, try it out, or fit it, then if you see any problem contact us as soon as possible on Call or Whatsapp us on 0671992550 to inform us on what's wrong with your order . You will be given a 7 day period to return your order for an exchange.
It is the Customer responsibility to initiate or communicate any problem in regards to the order they have received and any returns or exchanges are done in case.

Return & Exchange Conditions
​
1) Must provide Proof of Purchase for your order in terms of Tracking Number, Proof of Payment.​
2) Your item due exchange or return must be in the condition that you received in meaning unworn, unused, with its tags, unbroken, and it must be in its original packaging.
3) The customer is responsible for the delivery fee for the item that they need to exchange.

As soon as you have sent out your order due for a return or exchange please send out the proof of delivery receipt with the Tracking Number.

Once we have received the item due to an exchange the item is thoroughly examined to see if not damaged, unused, unworn, or not broken, clean. Once we have gone through the process of inspection will determine if we approve your Exchange and will contact you for your details for an exchange.

Please Note that we do not offer an refunds for orders placed rather an exchange for another item with the same cost or value as the one ordered
